Her index finger is just sticking in the hair. It's connected to the hand right next to the middle finger, but her thumb is obscuring that; although I think you can see a piece of finger behind the underside of the thumb.
Try the pose in the mirror and you'll see how it works.

its kinda weird because there's no reference to the channel (sic, yes we have a channel called sic lol) and there's no reference to the air time. *confused*
It's more of a soap-opera, than a mini-series.
FYI: Salazar was basically a Portuguese tyrant, a fascist. The idea behind this historic re-enactment was “To know the past, is to prevent the future”, I think. Returning to the picture, has anybody notice the rest of the sofa, in first plan?

When I hold my hand so that my index finger is folded down over my palm, it looks pretty much exactly like hers (except larger and more square, 'cause I'm a guy). Even if I put my index finger in my hair, my hand doesn't look like that, because my fingers don't slide over toward my thumb like loose crackers in a tray. They're attached.
It looks to me as though she was playfully holding or stroking something with her pinky. She is looking over at whatever or whoever that would be. But then they cut the pinky away.
Ironically... The phrase at the bottom of the poster says: "Everything Salazar wanted to hide. Everythng that was uncovered later."
(Insert yor joke about hidden fingers and findin out about bad Photoshooping here.) ^^
Did no one else notice her face? Half of it seems drawn on. Her whole right side, to our left, wasn't in the original picture.
