The eye twitching thing might just a naturally non-photogenic model, but I'm not sure why the corners of her lips needed to be pulled out so far to reveal so much of her oral cavity. Her mouth probably gets crazy dry every time she laughs.
Somebody failed, that's for sure. I don't think it is the model. They're probably trying too hard to have the model show off nice teeth the rest of the image is a failure of sanity. Maybe it's a dentist that signed off on this. What I think when I see that isn't "what nice teeth", I think "please don't hurt me".

This isn't the first invisalign photochop I've seen. Everytime I visit the dental hygenist, I have to stare at the ceiling, at this poster with a fellow who looks like Tony Romo, except his cheeks are enlarged along with his mouth. Not near as scary as this photo.
I see the Photoshop experts here are all experts dental anatomy too. She has the usual number of incisors. I'm baffled why a photo retoucher would carry out the extremely difficult job of extending the corners of her mouth so that all her teeth showed and not bother evening up the ridges on her upper front incisor. Obviously he missed the first Photoshop class but made it to the rest. The fishing wires solution is more on the money.
Actually, looking at her again, I think she's one of those models who specialises in "extra-wide mouth needed here" scenarios. The more I think of it, I'm sure I've seen her in a porn movie.
David - fishing wire does not explain why the tip of her nose disappears into a beige nothingness (and fishing wire would still need to be PS'd out or it would be visible in the enlarged picture).
For me is not a disaster, just a model with a big porn-like mouth.

There are no muscles in a human face that can pull the corners of the mouth aways from the teeth like that. Thus, there are two possibilities:
(1) Fishing lines were used to pull the corners of her mouth away from her teeth and then Photoshopped out.
(2) The natural corners of her mouth were Photoshopped away from her teeth.
Occam's razor is your friend.

I've had cosmetic dental work...the dentist put this plastic apparatus in my mouth and took "before" and "after" pictures.
