Not really a PsD. She was obviously bitten in the neck by a (particularly hungry) vampire, which made her into a vampire, so she is not reflected in the TV she's sitting on. Duh.
Umm, actually, she IS reflected in the TV, and at the proper angle for that matter. Remember, when looking at a reflective surface at a 45 degree angle, the reflection of the other object will be BESIDE it, not behind it!
@Eevu, now that you mention, yes. The shoulder should be visible between the model's fingers, but there is nothing but air. Either a PSD or she is missing a piece of her skeletal system.
I think what's truly funny about this is that "Gadget" magazine thought they needed to put a sexy model in a skimpy black dress on the cover of an issue devoted to....gadgets. What possible relevance does she have to this magazine, except to entice nerds to buy it?
Her dress and leg are reflected, turn up the brightness and you will see. Her hand is messed up, but It looks like only the smoothing. Her skeletal figure probably makes her shoulder sucked in like that.
The area around her armpit looks pretty off as well. And her left wrist is quite a bit thinner than her right wrist, making that hand look huge.
One thing that isn't a PSD but just poor photography is that the colour of her hand blends into her shoulder a bit on the outside, making both look weirder than they already are.
The (or perhaps one) PSD is the ridiculous smoothing on the hand she is holding up to her neck to cover the bite marks. I saw this magazine on a newsstand and it looks much worse in "real life".
So you have neat gadgets you are selling to gadget guys, decide you might get a bit more attention from browsers if you put a skinny blonde with cool shoes on the cover and then do an amateurish job of photoshopping something that if it was left in probably would be less obvious.
Works fo' me.

It's not the PSD that puzzles me, but why they made her SIT on a TV! Most men would probably freak out if their sexy girlfriend decided to use their brand new flatscreen as a chair.
Reflection - I concur with the guys who say there is but the hand is certainly dodgy.
The one thing missed by all and everbody et al is the immense strength of the television stand which appears able to carry weights above and beyond a flat screen
And nobody said anything about her elective surgery that took away about half of her thighs? Either that, or she has the weirdest legs I ahve ever seen
It's hard for me to believe that there aren't perfectly good-looking, sexy women out there they could have used for their pictures. Hell, my neighbors would be better than that mannequin.
The shoulder looks wonky to me and the hand looks like she must have had a tattoo or something on it they felt the need to smooth out (badly). Her thighs, now that I look at them, look odd, but I'm no expert at emaciated women. Maybe it's the perspective. I don't know if there's a reflection or not. I've made film for flat screen TVs (fascinating process, btw) and a lot of it doesn't reflect at certain angles. The film surface is covered with a microimprint very similar to that used in high-reflection traffic signs. (the very same concept, executed differently - they even make them on the same machine) So it can reflect strongly at certain angles and not at all at other angles.
Sorry, but you are mistaken. Look at the right side of the screen, where her legs SHOULD appear! People say that the reflection is dislocated due to the angle; granted, but even so, there's a LOT of screen to the right, and no legs.
I wonder if her hand touching her face was switched? The elbow crease almost looks like the back of her hand should be touching her face, and I think I see a wrist bone and the curve of her palm inches apart when they should be closer?

great
looks like some bad smoothing on the hand too when they were taking out those bite marks.

See, now that wasn't the biggest problem for me - is it just me, or does her shoulder look completely wrong?
Interesting. Your theory is bolstered by the fact that her dress does appear to be reflected--with no legs sticking out of them.

The hand is definitely messed up though :P

Nobody said that 'his girlfriend can do that' yet? ;)
this is hardly a Photoshop Disaster...
my TV can do that
wv: prebbi... non-reflecting models with birth defects are prebbi

I luv the heels...the rest is well err..dunno...unreal?

It's not a television, it's an art installation by Anish Kapoor.

Inspectress Gadget
that made me imagine that the tv is actually coming out of her ass lol
and the worst part for me is her shoulder, it really looks messed up. Not one of my favs posts, though
Yep, I definitely see her legs in the reflection. By use of some craftiness I believe she really is sitting on that television.

The black line I drew in brings up a good point. No shoulder should EVER dip like that.

Her legs are definitely NOT reflected on the screen... brrrrr... Frack me, this is scary stuff!

Argh that right shoulder, it looks like a knee.
Never mind her reflection. The big issue is that a part of her body is missing, to not notice that is surely a PSD.
What about no reflection in the tv?
made my day.

There IS a reflection. See:

Or the perspective is off and this doesn't really constitute anything.
if anyone else sat that comfortably on a flat screen they'd tip over.
And nobody said anything about her elective surgery that took away about half of her thighs? Either that, or she has the weirdest legs I ahve ever seen
Why are her hand and knee all smudged out? Man, that's terrible!

Eh, enough rambling for me.
Yup, there's definitely a reflection of her leg. Whether it's real or not or even in the right place I couldn't say but it's there.
The vampire was extra-hungry and took some meat with his drink. The hand is attempting to hide the missing flesh. Fail!

The WV is SOOO good I couldn't resist - but in portuguese only: quebom, as in "Que bom que não é minha namorada", or "That's good that she's not my girlfriend"

I don't think this is a truly bad photohop image. Maybe there wasn't enough light to leave a relection.
Did she had an obscene tattoo on that part of her hand, or something? I don't understand why they painted over it.
her hand is backward!
I wonder if her hand touching her face was switched? The elbow crease almost looks like the back of her hand should be touching her face, and I think I see a wrist bone and the curve of her palm inches apart when they should be closer?
her prosthetic hand is one of the top tech gadgets
Did anybody notice the missing chunk of her shoulder behind the hand? Not to mention the hideous shading on the hand.
what about the major blur/paint on her hand? Not even the same color
I found a copy of this at work - I couldn't quite figure out what was wrong with it, but I knew there was something.
