The model obviously was born with no eyes, and "Victoria" made an executive decision to add a pair of eyes in post-production (heaven forbid impressionable young girls start blinding themselves). Unfortunately, the guy they gave the job to didn't have any eyes either.

oh! I was looking at them individually! Look at them together as a whole and yes - they are eyes! Probably left over from enhancing the color on a model's eyes in a previous shot/project!! Rule #1 - ALWAYS start with a fresh clean slate!

Very interesting blog, and particularly powerful for pushing for more accountability on the part of Ralph Lauren and others.
But I do really wish you'd be a little more explicit in your descriptions of each image and what's wrong with it. You may be quite experienced at looking at these distorted limbs and such, but most of us are not. While our instinct may often tell us that something looks wrong, and our brain may often provide the optical illusion of correcting it for us, it takes a particularly trained eye to really appreciate exactly what's wrong with the anatomy in many of these pictures.

For all of you who don't see the eyes, turn the image around aproximately 170° clockwise. Those are not only eyes, but creepy staring insane-looking eyes!! One doesn't recognise it at first because the eyelids are missing, but it's really a pair of eyes from a semi-frontal perspecitve.
I'm going to have NIGHTMARES!

I'd say they are beads from a necklace that was removed... look at the shadow on her neck on the original picture... quite awckward to see a shadow that straight !

I'm not convinced it is a photoshop error. I think it's possible Jedediah & the little Roman dude are having a battle. Did either of them have a cannon?
it's like the old, old SNL skit where women in the future evolve with eyes where their nipples used to be, that was the only way to get men to look them in the eye.
Those are water drops on the camera lens that took the original picture, not a photo shop :p

At first I thought they were rusty-looking metal grommets on the shirt... then it kinda looked like there was cotton or fluff stuck in them. THEN I realized grommets should not be located where they were, all uneven and stuff. !THEN! I read the comments and saw the damn creepy eyes. Jaysus.

They are clearly not eyes, and are no where near where her nipples should be... So not really funny and neither is it educational (in terms of avoiding similar disasters) if no one can tell what it is or how it ended there.. So, I'm sorry.. in the words of the comic book guy: Worst post ever... Consider more descriptive captions for posts: eg legs/arms/torso missing, cloning errors etc
I agree with Chaari, although most of these disasters are easy to spot, I do wish there was a more in depth description of each. Sometimes those of us who are novices need a bit more explaining so we can spot the more vague problems. Great blog though!
