It's so horrible i can't look away. I'm wondering what exactly happened. Was the arm stretched or the head shrunk?? judging by the hand holding the flower i'd say the head was shrunk or something. OMG i can't look away!!!

I think Photoxris has it right - looks like they shrunk the head to get all of the woman to fit on the page. They wanted to get her head, hand, and flower all on the cover, and this was their solution. I would have just rearranged the cover layout to accommodate a normal-looking photo!
The arm still looks long (albeit slightly less bad) if you unshrink the head. But yeah, the head is either shrunken or she has extremely unusual head-shoulder proportions.
Should have just moved her down. You could keep the flower, fit the top text, and not have her growing some kind of vestigial appendage where they carelessly added in the cookie banner.
I think they are man arms pasted on. And the left one is disjointed.
So we've gotten to the point of making fun of microcephalics?

Wow... the base of her neck seems wider than her head, and a painted lock of hair is WRAPPED like a garland on her left shoulder to hide its apparent linebacker qualities... and all because she sat down and leaned towards the camera in a relaxed, natural position as the picture was taken, and an evil mastermind subsequently planted this question in the designer's mind: 'Why does her head look so big, do you want to end up on Photoshop Disasters?'

There is so much garbage on that cover it is surprising that even this shrunken-headed monstrosity stood out.
