Thirteen: This could be explained by transferred leg-wrongness with concurrent swelling and hyperlegocity in the left side caused by Lamarckian inheritance of her father’s bilateral apodality.

    That’s an artistic image created to convey a message… may be about sharing pain? i don’t know.. whatever it may be, this seems to be an intentionally done image.. no PSD!!.. this is clear.

    This is not Photoshop.  Notice that is the man’s left leg, and the girl’s right leg.  Their other legs are hidden behind the jackets (girl is sitting at an angle and her left leg is on the table).  There’s no Photoshop here at all, apart from probable post-production color adjustments.
    I’m really disappointed this ended up on PSDisasters.
