Actually I wouldn't call this a "disaster" as the Photoshopping is pretty well executed, with the hand suggesting a nice curve up to the arm, behind the poster. The curve is a little long, that's all. Happens to me all the time.
We've just forked out a fair bit of money to get a company down at our workplace to replace the bulb in a projector. The reason we didn't do it ourselves is becuase the projector in question is about 5 metres off the ground attached to the cieling with no means of lowering it. Had i known about Jenny and her 4 metre long arm we could have saved a bit of bob there. dang it.

NOT a PSD. And here is a PLAUSIBLE explanation: The girl is not human (or a living being). She's just a (VERY) lifelike holder for the billboard. So, that way, she can have any armlength it's needed :)
She has played too much trombone. An extended right arm is a common occupational damage in that profession. Already an ex pro musician, this talented woman tries out a new career in modelling, but all she gets is 'funny' remarks. I think this site needs to put an end to the ongoing harassment of models with non standard size limbs. They're humans too.
