Not my best work, but still... What has been seen cannot be unseen.
I have to say, my favourite part is how the right arm gets thicker as you move from the armpit to the elbow. Doesn't yours do that? Or is it just me and John Merrick?

Except for the fake tan concealing her lovely gray skin and the obviously 'Shopped in hair, she's a perfectly attractive alien.
I wait for the day when all sentient beings - spanning the spectrum of 'bonability' - can model without fear of persecution nor discrimination.
The arms of severely thin women can do that, though not as pronounced as you see here. It looks like the 'shopper was trying to get her that starving concentration camp look, but wanted to keep the boobs as well.
I look at those arms and the way they get larger and just think of Popeye. I yam what I yam!

In addition to the disproportionate arms and hands, something funny is happening with the thick-ish, uneven neck; deflated left boob; crooked smile; the mis-shapened nose and legs; possibly too high hairline; missing skin folds on her elbows and knees; and placement of shadows (or lack of them).
Oh, yeah, and where is the hair you would expect to see behind and below her right shoulder? And I question if the head is on the correct plane with regard to rest of the body?
Otherwise, I think it’s perfectly fine.

I don't see any "photoshop" tweaking here. But the model is one scrawny little thing isn't she? She'd look so much better with a little weight and muscle tone. (The potential for beauty is already there - she just needs a body now.)
