It wouldn't have looked as bad if it weren't for the fold in the semi-transparent neck piece, which fools the eye. The model does have a long neck as seen on a different photo [link]
This reminded me of the "Run Away Runway" episode of Phineas & Ferb.
Candace (P&F sister) is the only model who can wear Monsieur Gaston dress because of her long neck.
Quote from the end of the episode:
Candace: Monsieur Gaston said I'd always be his "Cou de crayon."
Ferb: I hope you know that that's french for "Pencil-neck".
OMG... that poor, tortured woman! Someone stretched her neck and then smashed in her forehead! (Aren't eyes supposed to be vertically centered in the face?)
...And her fingers are stretched out.
...And her hands are different sizes.
...And her lower hand has a bent wrist (bent like the U-bend under a sink!)
...And they redrew her eyes (the original eyes were looking to the photo-right and are still visible using PCA).
...And she has Michael Jackson's 3rd nose!
(Biometrics and golden ratios are a wonderful thing. Too bad the artist didn't use them.)
According to the meta data, she was created using Adobe InDesign 6.0. She was modified 89 times (all but 4 were "saved" operations) over a 2 month period from 2009-10-19 to 2009-12-21. On 2009-12-22 she was finally saved using Adobe Photoshop CS4 Macintosh.

This company has the Big Bucks so they can hire models with NOT ONLY the longest necks in the business (okay, ... in the world), but with the longest fingers as well. Heck, they can even specify models with “gumby-like” joints and stubby shoulders.
Everyone just seems to have a need to criticize people who are not like themselves.
