When I was trying to determine if she had corns on her toes or not, I noticed that her left heel looks like it is not in the pajama pant leg like I am thinking it is supposed to be. Or, maybe it is just one of those camera angle illusions.

I tempted to say that the stomach belongs to the legs and the top half is another shot but the feet have the same tone as the chest.

I think Donna's right. Leaving the torso for a moment, that left foot doesn't look like it's been anywhere near that pyjama leg.
It *could* be an unfortunate fold in the cloth, but I don't think so.

The PJ's could just have a little split in the back of them, which is making it look like the heel doesn't belong there.
Other then that, it's clear that the bottom half is of a woman standing half sideways, strething up and back, and the top half - presumably the same woman - much closer and sorta just standing there... clutching her mutilated hand...

You guys get a little too overobservant sometimes. There's nothing wrong with her left foot. There's nothing wrong with her stomach, honestly.
The problem is, that her nipple would be just about in the position of the second dot up from her hand, and they poorly PS'd out her entire breast in an effort to hide it.
If you look at just the left side (her left) of her body, you can see that everything's where it should be. It's just the right breast (or lack of) that is throwing off the feel of the picture.

Would you look at the size of those things? What they took out on breasts they added as to her feet.
It's not just nipple removal - If you follow the line of her sternum downwards on her chest and then look at how the centreline of her abs goes up from her belly button... I'm not an expert on anatomy by any means, but I'm pretty sure they're meant to meet in the middle.
I'm going with the idea that they tried (and failed) to join two different poses together.

If you can't see what's wrong with this picture, you seriously need some anatomy lessons. I'm a nurse, and I can tell you right now that I DO know just a bit about anatomy, and this woman's torso just doesn't make any sense.
The stomach they used is from a shorter woman than this one is, too... or at least one with shorter torso.
haha. The comments of "no one here is a photographer, nothing is wrong with this" are really funny.
The clear line of her abs from her navel have her body angled to a 3/4 view. Her sternum and her abs are facing entirely different directions. Either this is two photos (betting on it), OR her extreme twisting like that caused some major skin wrinkling and they removed every single one. This whole "let's make a perfect woman... perfect women have liquid skin, right?" method of editing images is just sad. Humans FOLD, no folds means it's a hideous rubber monster, not a person.
Oh, and even if, in the worst luck ever imagined in this history of photography, this is a real image: What photographer/art director/etc is ever going to release it? Just cuz it's shot that way doesn't make it worthy of being used. I'm 99% sure this image has been mutilated after the fact, but there's really no excuse even if it wasn't.
The stomache is facing the wrong direction. I'm suprise they didn;t try to digitally add breasts.
