I'd suggest that this PsD should more be on failblog, because listing it as a PsD is fail. Sure, it's not the standard anchor hover pointer, but to call that a PsD??? And I'd come to expect so much better from this blog..
What's interesting is how the .pl at the end jumped to the right to kindly give enough space for the pointer, so the hand does not hide any part of the link.
Well, the raised digit (I'd say it's the index finger, not the middle finger) is noticeably wider than the other four so maybe that's it? I also agree with "L". It is interesting that the ".pl" moved to make room for the hand.
Looks to me (the cursor) like someone extending their left ring finger at you. (do this to yourself, curl your left-fist up and extend the ring finer (the one between the middle finger and the pinkie) and then turn the back of your hand to you. First of all depending on how much control you have over your fingers this may be hard to do without helping your hand.
This "gesture" almost completely matches the cursor in the picture. Extended finger, one curled up finger to the left of the extended one, two to the right, and a "curled up" finger on the far right (the thumb.)
Not only is this gesture likely very difficult to do (I can't do it willfully as I can't seem to move my ring finger without my pinky wanting to do the same thing) but it's hardly a rude gesture.
I have creepy feel while reading this title, 'bankujesz-kupujesz' means like 'you're banking - you're buying'. WTF is 'bankować'?? Very unusual way of naming bank usage :/ Even if I work in localization company, I've never heard this word and this even doesn't sound nice ;]
The intended PD is the hand icon. At first glance, it DOES look like it's flipping the viewer off, because the "thumb" is positioned in such a way that it initially appears to be the index finger.
Look, the note for this PsD is: "And you thought your bank was rude." So clearly, the intended Psd is the whole finger thing, and we can just ignore the bad comping, bad spacing, bad anything elseing. So yes, this is a fail PsD, and should be promptly removed.
I like the way the shadow of the front of the couch parallels the couch, and the shadow of the front leg on the right side of the couch matches perfectly with the shadow of the rear leg on the left side. It's like one of those "impossible objects", like a widget.

I don't get it...
Is it that you can't see his other arm/hand? I think it's just resting on the computer...
Or am I totally miss this?
It's the mouse pointer lol, it is flipping us off.
I think they are referring to the hand resembling the middle finger gesture, but I'm not sure.
Maybe it's supposed to be that hand icon, kind of looks like it's flipping you off, if you can't tell that the finger to the left is a thumb.
there is only three legs of the couch...
I don't know about y'all, but on my right hand, I don't have three fingers to the right of my middle finger. ;)
the shadows are giving me a headache... and the bank the finger. lovely poland!
The hand pointer is not giving the finger, unless wherever you lot come it involves pointing your index finger at something.

Lowered digit.
RAISED DIGIT.
Lowered digit.
Lowered digit.
Lowered digit.
I think if this is to hold water that RAISED DIGIT has to be in the middle. Not a classic.

Judging by the resolution of that icon, the fail here was to use the Commodore 64 version of Photoshop.
3 legs on the couch
Shadows are terrible
Horrible comping on the bag
His right hand looks deformed
The perspective angle on the couch is improbable
Dude... Seriously?
I'd be more pointing out the perspective on that couch...
I doubt it's to do with the hand icon.
Raise your right hand with the back of it facing you, and extend your index finger. Hardly rude.
The couch perspective thing is what does my head in.
Don't you guys see it?
The pillow is made out of the family dog. Ewwwww.
I can't erase this feed fast enough!
See? I knew there was a good reason I quit ING.

What's up with that lady's legs/feet? This whole photo has a creepy-fake feel to it.

IMO it's more TitleDisaster ;]
They got some big-ass laptops in Poland.
If it's so hard to spot what's wrong with this picture, it's hardly a 'disaster'...
I think the secret is in the title (Frank Bank). The boy looks like Frankenstein (hand too big, head deformed)
i dont get it at all :(
The "disaster" is supposed to be that the pointer-hand is "giving the middle finger." Which it totally isn't.
Maybe "rude" as in Benny Hill rude? .... not a PSD, but she does look like she could be giving him a hand job!

This is a Polish ad. There must have been a black guy somewhere in it who was removed via photoshop.
What's wrong, as far as I can see:
Look at the couch's shadow (and missing fourth leg, for that matter).
Light direction doesn't match shadows.

@Peri1020 & L
That's Polish XHTML. They're years ahead of ordinary stuff.

I'm wondering myself: how could the handle of the bag is standing? Is ther any ghost handling it?
I remember The Frank Bank, he played The Lumpy, friend of The Beaver.

@Guilherme Massaro...
You inquired if a ghost was holding up the handles on the bag...
Yes.
It's the ghost of their pet dalmatian (the one that @Seth Godin accurately noticed was made into a stuffed pillow for this photo shoot).
