This is a love triangle between Justin Long, Drew Barrymore and Thing. Obviously Barrymores hand is hidden in Longs armpit and we see Thing on his shoulder, creating the ILLUSION that Barrymore has a severed hand... ooobviously no PSD!

I'm with ventura. I'm less concerned about the arm (which is obviously on loan from Gumby) than about them pasting someone else's face on Drew! And then slimming her by about thirty pounds! That's not Drew :(

It might just be something screwy with my monitor, but it also looks like Mystery Woman's face is about six inches nearer us than the bloke's.
It would be quicker to list the things that are right with this abomination.
When you adjust the contrast of the picture, you will see her upper arm holding him at the height of his breast. Her lower arm then goes straight up to above his shoulder. Her hand then goes down, sideways over his back. It's not a comfortable pose, but it's still possible. So I don't think the hand was photoshopped.
Her face is, though!
The fake shadow is a bigger disaster, especially the double shadow-on-shadow of the shoe.
They couldn't even manage to get to text to line up with the bricks properly. A bit worrying as I'd say that was the simplest part of the job.

Okay so I'm not gonna lie. I totally didn't see at first what you all are seeing. The hand on the shoulder and the apparent (now) hand going under his left shoulder. I first noticed Drew's shadow. I thought it was weird how her shadow arm looked as if her hand should have been in her packet instead of on his arm. I think the shadow would have looked much different. But yeaaa.... shame on this photoshop person! FOR SHAME!!!!!!!
