Victoria’s Secret: Elastigirl

elastic girl

Another collection of loosely assembled body parts from the masters of craphic art.

Great find Holly. You can see the original here. If you can’t see the PSD, please check out our red image gallery.

Come on, skinny girl and awkward pose.  You really think with the huge ad budget that VS has, that they would have an intern piece together models in photoshop?  These girls are 5’10″+ and weigh 120lbs with rocks in their pockets of course they don’t look “natural”, but if you stop and think for two minutes it’s their job to look like this, and the photographers job to get striking poses.

But by all means jump on the “Ooohhhh, it’s been shopped” train, and no it really doesn’t make you sound like a WoW playing celibate (not by choice) living in Mom’s basement.  By Barto

Do you think they do this stuff on purpose for the extra publicity?   :o)

Chiropractors can’t fix anything except the problem of rubes having too much money.

You’ve obviously never been to one.

I don’t need to when there’s decades of scientific research that shows any positive effects are no more than you’d get from a placebo, and there’s also absolutely no scientific basis behind their claims. Not to mention the fact that they’re not medically licensed or regulated and are potentially damaging your body even further.

The person who invented chiropactic did so because he claimed it cured cancer and other diseases. It’s a pseudoscience. Do you know what they call alternative medicine that works? Medicine.

Am I alone in thinking it’d be pretty hot if women actually were that flexible?

  • donner_froh

It looks strange and phony although Allesandra Ambrosia (great name for a model) can really hit that S-curve pose. But no one can do that–it looks as if the photoshop gut somehow used a pose from the side and one from the front. The resulting mash-up is a girl with twice as many ribs on one side as on the other.

Those poor so-and-so’s who do the PS at VS.

Can you imagine the time pressure they must be under? And the a-hole bosses?

How else can you explain the number of PSDs they come up with?

Oooh, aren’t we eloquent today. “WoW playing celibate living in Mom’s basement”, seriously? I hope YOU don’t work in the creative sector, or it could be renamed “UNcreative sector”.

Your aggressiveness actually makes you a candidate for Mom’s basement. One who dyes his hair black and publishes depressive “art” with painful “poems” on deviantart…

      • Barto

Hit a nerve there, did I?

“Craphic art” is one of the stupidest insults I’ve ever heard.

Please, PsD, please stop trying to make witty captions. Stop making any, actually.

I feel a sense of deja vu…wasn’t this posted ages ago?  Oh no, nevermind; it just happens to be that VS makes the same horrendous photoshop disasters over and over again.  *nothing to see here*

Not a PSD. Victoria’s Secret models are proven freaks of nature. I mean, Candice Swanepoel is a regular here.

Yeah they are considered freaks of nature… I am surprised but delighted that tyra doesn’t have their Freaky Attitudes…

Its funny that the maker of this site has no idea about photography and visuals what so ever. Stare long enough at any picture and youll always find something that looks strange.
