      Yes, it looks like her right hand would be at about knee-level. And her left leg looks longer than her right, so I guess it all balances out.

      It really amazes me that evidently none of their customers seem to notice distortions like this.

    Amazing, her knee is almost the same size as her pelvis.  Maybe it’s not a PSD – perhaps it’s actually a genetic disorder?  How does this stuff get past a final inspection?  bleh…looks like a cartoon character or one of those cheap bendable toys the kids get at parties.
