I think this is supposed to be a dollop of makeup cream and not one of those new hairless breeds of Tribble that are currently trending on Rigel 7.  Personally, I believe a bit more contrast would make this graphic look less weird, and a lot less cream would end our nightmares regarding what manner of monstrosity she’s attempting to conceal!
