Charleston College: Illegal Formation

Esteemed Parents:

In response to your repeated letters, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea wishes to assure you that entire membership of Franklin High School Young Diplomats Club continues to enjoy most memorable experience during extended visit to Pyongyang and DPRK.  As you can see in enclosed photo, all students are well and happy at People’s Library, where they learn much truth about peaceful intentions of North Korean people. Okay, excluding the background image of what appear to be shelves full of massive coffee table books, I count 18 separate layers in this amateur offering.  Not bad for a noob, I suppose, but a tad less use of the Free Transform Tool would be a welcome improvement.  My favorite is ‘red ballcap guy,’ who gets my vote as “Most Likely Never to Pose For Group Photos.”

    There are a couple of aspect ratio problems too, especially the woman wearing glasses in the middle, who looks suspiciously elongated.

    This is my photoshop class at College of Charleston.  Instead of taking a class photo we paste ourselves in since we have been learning how to all semester.  I am the long neck , small head in the back.

    My favorite is the guy in the front row with all the necklaces.  It’s amazing that those chains can stay on him since he doesn’t appear to have any shoulders!

    I’m not sure they even used photoshop on this image. More likely it was rounded scissors and Elmers school paste.

    Some students coudn’t be actually THERE for the photo, so they warped themselves in for a few seconds.

    What a real-life glee club looks, and probably sounds like,  before ego-tripping Hollywood types remake them into one-dimensional twits.
