Not a PSD. The ‘floating’ head is actually a goiter attached to the actual head of the woman to the right. An expert makeup artist and wig wrangler were brought in to disguise the hideous growth when no replacement model could be found.

Either this model is floating in the lotus position, or this is a PSD. I like a scenario where this girl is dating the GA, who promised he’d get her on the cover of Vogue somehow… and this was how.
