Is that an incredibly small sandwich, an incredibly large hand, or some sick combination of the two?

Turkey, cheddar, bacon, and whatever the potion from Alice in Wonderland is called make up this tasty treat.  And is it me, or does it look like his thumb must be in the middle of the sandwich?
