With the background and otherworldly body shape, this looks more like a piece of faux-art from the 80s than an ad from a Milwaukee-based department store.
Department stores like Kohl can offer savings through their bulk orders and clever tricks like only using two dimensions. I hope we’re all aware of the irony that “Design Nation” is bolded here.
