Ebay: Precious Memories

If you can’t make precious memories, fake them.

Photoshop Disasters

Pasted baby, pasted father (we’re still waiting for the paternity test) – and most impressive of all, a two-tier steady cam rig that looks the least out-of-place compared to any other part of this photo. Also, take a second to appreciate that dad is no any taller than the sofa back.

Thanks Bernard. You can see the original on Ebay.

Yes, it’s terrible. But it’s only an amateur illustration on ebay, not a professional publication or advertisement. I could deliberately post a crap PS on ebay, and so could anyone else. Maybe they have minimal resources. (It is from India, afterall.)

Given that the product it is apparently only the square “cage” at the bottom of the rig, it’s probably possible to buy (or even make) it for far less than $75 + $32 shipping…

Perhaps the seller could invest some of the profits in a Photoshop guide or training course… :)

It’s like the digital version of the early medieval art that lacked any effing understanding of perspective. All it needs is a halo or two.

That’s not a Steadycam, it’s an AntiGravCam. Worth every penny.

Ah, I remember when my kids were one-dimensional cut-outs. Those were the days. Sigh.
