    I think it’s not that bad. It’s like she’s rising from her hair. At least it’s intended to look like that. Not like those examples where they forget to photoshop the third arm on the shoulder. :)

    I just checked myself in a mirror and saw similar creases on the backs of my shoulders, though less scrawny ones. However, the rest of my body stayed in the realm of reality. This woman looks so disembodied – her arms, presumably with attached hands, disappear beneath the hair (PSed, I’m sure) and she appears to be cut off beyond her shoulders. The pool of blood was definitely PSed out!
