Did they put Jennifer Aniston’s head on that model?

    • ixache

      No.

Read the blurb, it’s pretty accurate in its sarcastic way of saying things. It points to two PS abuses: making the model’s skin look like plastic (almost universal PSD), then photoshopping the bra in black, making her bust totally weird. No mention of Jennifer Aniston.

I got all that. I was noting the resemblance and the odd differential between face and body skin tone.

I found the website with that image…

The website did not mess up just one image, they mess up multiple.

  • Schadenfreude Ain’t Cool

So you guys troll the internet looking for pics to make fun of? Must make you feel good. Epic job. By the way, that is not Jennifer Anniston’s head, that is a real person. Her name is McKenna and she is 19, Jennifer is 45. But I guess you didn’t notice that.

    • Andulamb

And I guess you didn’t notice that we’re making fun of the horrible Photoshopping job and not the model.

      • Find something better to do

Really? Cause you commented “At first, I thought this disaster had something to do with the model’s plastic, almost lifelike expression. Then my eyes did what they always do.” It wasn’t her expression that was photoshopped. It was the color of the bra. It was white and changed to dark gray.

      >>So you guys troll the internet looking for pics to make fun of?” …and more drivel:

      1) So you guys troll the internet looking for pics to make fun of? – no
      2) Must make you feel good – yes
      3) Epic job – you can do better than that
      4) By the way, that is not Jennifer Anniston’s head, that is a real person. – so?
      5) she is 19, Jennifer is 45 – immaterial, you ageist
      6) But I guess you didn’t notice that. – what’s your point?

PS: If both those posts are yours then you are certifiably a troll too. Welcome, sniper..

“So you guys troll the internet looking for pics to make fun of?” So YOU troll the internet in order to find and get upset about websites that deliver what they announce? Do you post on news websites as well? “So you guys troll the real world in search of war and desaster and then post them on your filthy websites, CNN, NBC, HuffPost, etc?”

  • enrico

    what about her eyes ?

  • Joey Walnuts

I wasn’t sure where the satire was in this, as this is obviously not Jennifer Anistons head (there are at least 3 pics of Jen on the interwebs to compare), But now I do see the satirical brilliance of it. Photo experts miss the one part of this picture that IS photoshopped, the bra and panties color, and instead are fixated on the resemeblance to a, OMG, Celebrity!!! Brilliant piece of self deprecating satire!!

Ouch, I feel really badly for Amanda here. She’s just a small start-up female entrepreneur trying to get her unique sports bras out there. As you can imagine, it’s really hard to pay for models when you’re selling single pieces through Etsy. But, I can see the humor and the snark. It’s not the best picture! Check out our other sports bras. We even have pictures of real girls wearing them!

And how long does it take to have that model change bras? Photoshopping the color like that makes the product look cheap and unattractive. For that matter, so does overdoing the photoshop on the model herself. It’s one thing to remove a small blemish or wrinkle. If you’re going to make the model look plastic, just use a mannequin in the first place and be done with it.
