A double fail in that the photo of “Billy” was taken on a sunny day (you can clearly see the shadow on his face), whereas the rest of the gang was taken on a duller day.

This particular image adds a third element of dodginess not present in the original photo, in that it’s clearly a photo of a photo mounted behind glass, complete with tell-tale reflections…
