It’s time to put your Photoshop skills to the test once again!  This time we want you to show us what you can do with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and his Super Soaker.  Simply cut Joe out and place him in the funniest, most creative places and situations you can think of, and we’ll select our favorites for a feature post that will appear here on Photoshop Disasters at the end of the week.
